Coming from a middle-class family in Kerala, he began working part-time immediately after completing his school education. His family operated a wholesale rice business, and during weekends he worked as a delivery assistant, transporting rice to customers and collecting payments.
Despite these challenges, Vithul remained determined to pursue higher education and professional growth.
He went on to earn an MBA from the University of Wales in the United Kingdom, which opened new opportunities for his career.
In 2009, he joined ADAM Consulting as a trainee consultant. Through hard work and leadership skills, he gradually advanced within the organization and eventually became Director of ADAM Consulting.

Vithul Murali completed his schooling at SDPY School, Cochin.
He later pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics at Aquinas College, Cochin before moving to the United Kingdom to complete his MBA.
