Vijaya Mohan hails from Mannar and completed his schooling at NSS High School, Mannar before obtaining an ITI diploma in Air Conditioning. He began his career with New Alenberry and later worked at Naser Al Sayer company as a salesperson. In 1981, he co-founded Al Nazer Electricals with his brothers, which later evolved into Al Baz A/C and Refrigeration Spare Parts Est.
