Later he started his own company in the name of Loyal Electrical Contracting L.L.C. He is planning to start another 2 branches in UAE.
He is the life founder member of Kolathupuzha Pravasi Association and also YMCA Adoor Chapter.
Hailing from Kulathupuzha in Kollam, Varghese.K.John belongs to Kathettu House. He is married to Mrs. Suja K.Varghese, who is the managing partner of Loyal Electrical Contracting L.L.C. They have 3 children, Abin John, Chrittena Ann and Carol Mary.
