Early Life and Education
Hailing from Maliyakkal House, Manakara, Palakkad, Mr. Rafeeq was born into a business family and specialized in travel and tourism. His passion for the industry combined with his entrepreneurial mindset set the foundation for his successful career.

ITL Tours and Travels, the company’s travel division, was established in the 1990s with its first IATA office in Mumbai. Mr. Rafeeq moved to Saudi Arabia in 2008 to manage ITL WORLD KSA before assuming the role of Regional Head in Dubai in 2011.

Outside of work, Mr. Rafeeq enjoys cricket, music, and reading. He is married to Mrs. Wailana and they have a son, Yaanis Mohammed, supporting a well-balanced personal and professional life.
