Nam Hariharan Sahasra began his professional career in 1982 with the State Bank of India (SBI), India’s largest public sector bank. Over a period of more than 11 years, he served in key branches at Kattappana and Fort Kochi, gaining invaluable experience in banking operations, finance, and customer-centric service.

This formative phase built a strong financial foundation that later enabled his seamless transition into international trade and global business operations.


Transition to International Trade and Saudi Arabia Experience

Sahasra’s global journey began with the Saudi Industrial Export Company (SIEC) in Riyadh, where he played an active role in developing innovative trade facilitation models. His work at SIEC focused on connecting Saudi-based businesses with international markets, strengthening export capabilities and cross-border trade partnerships.

This exposure marked a turning point in his career, positioning him as a professional with deep understanding of global trade dynamics.


Leadership Role at Falcon Group

In 2002, Nam Hariharan Sahasra joined Falcon Trade Corporation, initially overseeing operations in Riyadh. Recognizing his leadership capabilities and strategic insight, he was entrusted with establishing and managing the Dubai office in 2003.

Today, Falcon Trade Corporation operates from its headquarters at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and stands as a diversified global trading house. The company specializes in:

He resides in Dubai with his wife Malini, a dedicated teacher at Indian High School Dubai. Their daughter, Janaki Saraswathy, is in her final year of MBBS at Cochin Medical College, while their son, Harikrishnan, is pursuing veterinary medicine—a reflection of the family’s strong commitment to education and service.
