Mr.Thomas Kalangara is the administrative officer of ADNOC. In this company, he is managing the specialized field of Administration- Co-ordination. Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) was established in 1971 to operate in all areas of the oil and gas industry and since then has steadily broadened its activity in establishing companies and subsidiaries and creating an integrated oil and gas industry in the fields of exploration and production, support services, oil refining and gas processing, chemicals and petrochemicals, maritime transportation and refined products and distribution.
The Supreme Petroleum Council (SPC), chaired by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al- Nahyan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, formulates and oversees the implementation of Abu Dhabi petroleum policies.
During the past four decades, ADNOC has expanded its business activities, enhanced its competitive position and so managed to become one of the world’s leading oil companies with substantial business interests in upstream and downstream activities, including transportation, shipping, marketing and distribution.
Thomas Kalangara has been working in this company for about 18 years. He begins his career at ARAMCO, a company in Saudi Arabia. He is a member of Lions Club International and has an experience of 20 years working in Gulf Countries. He had worked in Muscat, Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, in the field of Health and Administrative officer in Oil Field and in offshore and on shore oil drilling Companies. He is the member of Lions Club, Edathua.
Being qualified in Medical Diploma, HACCP, ALS, GMDSS, Mr. Thomas Kalangara belongs to Kalangara House at Edathua in Alappuzha. He is now settled at Abu Dhabi with his wife Beenamma. They are blessed with one child, Tubin Thomas Kalangara.
