As the General Manager of Technical Printing Press (TPP), one of the largest and most advanced printing presses in the UAE, his leadership has shaped the company into a trusted name for publishers, corporates, and agencies across the region.
Foundation of Technical Printing Press
The story of TPP began in 2001 when Mr M V Sunny established the company with a clear mission: to bring reliable, high-quality printing solutions under one roof. Today, Technical Printing Press—popularly known as TPP—provides complete printing services for magazines, catalogues, manuals, and other communication materials.
TPP carries forward the legacy of its in-house Pre-Press Centre, formerly Laser Colour Scan, founded in 1989. After merging with TPP, the centre has grown into one of the UAE’s most respected colour reproduction units.

Under the guidance of Mr M V Sunny, Technical Printing Press has evolved into a diversified printing hub with specialized divisions:
1. Magazine Division

A Rich Professional Journey
The path of Mr M V Sunny in the printing world stretches back to 1974, when he began his career at Modern Printing Press in Doha. His dedication led him to Germany in 1975, where he completed higher studies in printing technology over three years.
In 1993, he joined Al Hayat Printing Press in Doha, strengthening his experience before eventually establishing Technical Printing Press in Dubai.
Community, Culture, and Family
Belonging to Kallissery in Chengannur, Alappuzha, Mr M V Sunny remains connected to his roots. He is an active member of the Chengannur Pravasi Association, Kallissery Pravasi Association, and the Indian Cultural Centre in Doha.
His family—wife Mrs Molly Sunny, daughters Mrs Solly Jones and Ms Elis Sunny, and son Mr Adley Sunny—continues to be central to his journey.
