Mr. Ismayael Rawther is the Managing Director and Chairman of Fine Fair Group of Companies, a prominent retail and fashion enterprise with a strong international presence. With more than 13 years of professional leadership in the retail sector, he has successfully driven the organization to become a key player in the affordable fashion market.
He began his entrepreneurial journey in 1998, stepping directly into the role of Managing Director and Chairman of Fine Fair. The company specializes in providing affordable, stylish clothing for the modern, quality-conscious family. Though UAE-based, Fine Fair has expanded its footprint across the globe, uniting a diverse international workforce under one shared vision.
Fine Fair operates three major factories in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India, employing nearly 2,000 employees, and manages 20 retail stores throughout various regions of the world. The company continues to grow rapidly across the MENA region, Asia, the United States, and Europe, along with established manufacturing operations in Egypt, UAE, Philippines, China, and Bangladesh.

He is married to Mrs. Mumthas Beegam, a homemaker, and together they are blessed with three daughters —
