Mr. Najumudeen Mohammed Esmail began his professional life in Abu Dhabi in 1993. Between 1993 and 1995, and later from 1996 to 2005, he worked across various roles that strengthened his expertise in electromechanical contracting and project execution.
In 2005, he took the bold step of establishing SPARK Electrical Contracting L.L.C, the foundation of what is today the Global Spark Group. The group now includes 10 companies and also has strong media roots through Jaihind TV, where he served as the Managing Director (Middle East) of Jaihind Global Communication FZ LLC.
His strong involvement with Dubai-based associations and his membership in Lions Club further reflects his active participation in community-building initiatives.

Personal Life and Background of Najumudeen Mohammed Esmail
A B.Tech graduate, Mr. Najumudeen Esmail hails from Pally Vadakkathil House, Anchal, Kollam. Now settled in Sharjah, he lives with his wife Mrs. Nisheena, who serves as a teacher at Nekkad High School in Kerala. Their daughter, Siyamunni, is currently in 1st standard.
His balanced dedication to family, business, and community makes him a respected figure in professional and social circles.
