Mr. G. P. Pillai serves as the Finance Manager of Falcon Pack, the flagship company of the Falcon Group and a market leader in disposable packaging solutions across the Middle East.
Founded in 1992, Falcon Pack has established itself as a trusted name in food packaging, storage, and disposal. With a diverse portfolio of more than 2,500 products, the company caters to both consumer and commercial markets — offering aluminum foils, containers, food-grade bags, wraps, and a wide range of customized packaging solutions.
Headquartered in Sharjah, UAE, Falcon Pack operates major manufacturing and distribution facilities across the Emirates, with expansions into Oman, North Africa, and multiple regions of the Middle East.
Mr. Pillai began his career in 1976 with MEMR International, Dubai, where he gained extensive financial and operational experience over 25 years. In 2001, he joined Falcon Pack as Finance Manager, contributing significantly to the company’s financial growth and corporate success.
Hailing from Pandalam in Pathanamthitta District, Mr. Pillai is a proud member of the Njavanam Thindil family. A B.Com (CA) graduate with a keen interest in reading, he has been actively involved in the Malayali Organisation – Pandalam Association.
Mr. Pillai is married to Mrs. Rosy, and they are blessed with two children — Gimmy and Roopa. Roopa is married and is employed in the banking sector.
