David Varghese is the Chairman and Managing Director of Towers Group, one of the leading construction and contracting companies in the Middle East. Tower Group represents industrial ventures such as Towers Contracting Co. LLC, Abraj Electromechanical Works LLC, Genesis Aluminium LLC, Tower Building System, Empire Terminals Limited, Tower Aluminium Company, and Tower Wood Industries Company. Innovative and confident, Mr David helped Tower Group reach new heights with the help of his dedicated staff. He is also the Director of Malayalee Realtors India Ltd, Sopanam Welcare Centre, Punarjani Gardens and Heritage.
An eminent engineer cum industrialist, Mr David got his training as an engineer from the Indian Navy. It is the training in the Indian Navy that helped him gain leadership skills which served him well as an industrialist. Being a civil engineer he is well informed about the latest technologies in the construction industry. He received the Hind Ratna Award in 2007 from the NRI Society of India. He is always in the forefront of many social welfare programmes. Mr David is a member of several community organizations in the UAE and India. He is a patron of Human Care Foundation, Delhi. He is also the President of Lions Club International- Cochin Empire and Member of NRI Society of India, Delhi; Heart Foundation, Cochin; India Club, Dubai and Pooram Association, Dubai.
Born in Thokalath House, Kurumpilavu, Thrissur, Mr David is married to Mrs Rachel Varghese. They are blessed with a daughter, Divya Ann and a son Delvin David Varghese.
