This company specialized in all kinds of construction projects such as Villas Warehouses, Factories, Workshops, Schools, Labor accommodations, Oil tank Farms, commercial complexes etc. They are one of the ‘Certified Builders’ of M/s. Kirby Building System- Kuwait for the supply and erection of Kirby steel in Dubai and northern emirates.

When he begin his career on 1992 and during the coming years upto 1998 he was working in different construction companies at Dubai. And on 1998 he started his own company, Aroma International Building Contracting LLC. About 1000 and more staffs were working, which started their branches at Abudhabi and Ajman. Its projects which include working for Dubai Police, Dubai Municipality and Rulers Court. Now he has started many resorts at different parts of kerala, especially at Paravoor and Kollam. One of them is the famous “Fragrant Nature”. He had hotel project at Kochi. He was also involved in film production as producer. He is also the director board member of Jai Hind TV.
He was a member of Ajman Indian association. He worked as a Treasurer of TKMCE Alumin Association and was also a founder member of Kotarakkara Pravasi sangamam.
Having qualified as B.Tech (Civil), Sajeev. P.K belongs to Kizhakath house at Pooyappally in Kollam. Now settled at Dubai with his wife Mrs Anne Sajeev, who is incharge of marketing with husband. They are blessed with two children, RANJITH Sajeev and Mariam Sajeev. Ranjith Sajeev is doing his 8th standard and Mariam Sajeev is in the 4th standard.
