Mohammed Kutty is the chairman of Ad Firma LLC. Started in 2004, the company is specialized in the field of Business Consultancy. Mohammed Kutty begin his career, when he joined family business(Jewellery), having Contracting Company and Real Estate. He was also involved in BSK Contracting LLC, Mad Mak INTL Rreal Estate and MNM Human Resopurces INTL.
His working experience comprises of 30 years at an International level in the fields of audit of axccounts, planning and budgeting of finance, management consultancy and investigation of manipulation and fraud. His areas of expertise are in all type of industries including banks, and specialize in the preparation of feasibility studies and due diligence reports for setting up new business and ventures. He is also an advisory member of the management team.
His services abroad includes his work in India, Singapore, United Kingdom, Bahrain, and United Arab Emirates and has also worked at a senior level in the management consultancy field at one among the big four chartered accountants and business consultancy firms. He has worked as a senior manager for the finance and accounts of a few firms in different countries.
His expertise is in several areas of business and also in several other fields such as investigation of treasury fraud, insurance fraud and as a member of a team for setting up new banks, system studies of companies. He has earned experience in different types of small. Medium, large and corporate clients in trading, contracting, manufacturing and all types of service oriented industries. He has also set up his own business including jewelry, advertising, contracting, real estate and few others. He has also an in-depth knowledge about the IAS and IFRS reporting norms.
Having qualified as Chartered Accountant, Mohammed Kutty belongs to Urathodiyil House at Tritala in Palaghat. Now settled at Dubai with his wife Mrs. Khadeeja Mohammed, who is a housewife. The couples are blessed with two children, Abdul Ashiq Mohammed and Azhul Ashiq Mohammed. Abdul AShiq Mohammed is conducting his own business in UK and Azhul Ashiq Mohammed is an Animation Degree Student.
