On 2001 he joined Rich Marine Services Dubai for 2 years. In the year 2003, he started own business- APT Global Marine Services LLC with partnership holding the position as Chief Operating Officer. The company is having branches at UAE, Qatar, Oman, India and Netherlands. About 340 staffs were there in the UAE and overall 520 employees. The company has received many appreciation letters from different companies from US, Holland and Belgium.
He was the member of social organizations such as (WAKE): welfare Association for Kannoor expatriate; TACT(Thunjath Acharya Charitable Trust); North Malabar Chamber of Commerce- Dubai(corporate member). He has got qualifications such as Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and B.Tech- Ship Build Naval Architecture. P.V. Pradeep Kumar belongs to Payyam Valappil House at Pappinissery in Kannur. Now settled at Dubai with his wife Mrs. Shyma, who is a house wife. The couples are blessed with two children, Prathyush and Aashish . Prathyush is doing 1st year MBBS and Aashish is in the 2nd standard.
