Before the formation of Season Paints Contractors, Jose was associated with Al Basti & Mukta Association. He was a government employee of Dubai Muncipality.
He got YMCA Award for Appreciation, Ernakulam in 2003. He was also recognised by Deekshana Award for Community Development.
