He is a Civil / Structural Engineer with over twenty five years of experience in Construction and Project Management. He is a very talented Engineer of repute with vast experience in the field of industrial, residential, commercial and hospitality building designs.
His contributions on award-winning designs around the world, especially in India, Middle East, Turkey and Europe have all won recognition at the international level. His vast experience of working with world renowned clients like Birla Group, Arch. Hafeez Contractor, Spic Fine Chemicals, Emmar, Nakeel, Emirtates Airlines, Burjuman, Al Futtain, East& West International;, GAC, Fugo, Gold crest, Fugen Homes UK, Reliance India & Rakeen have all enhanced his reputation..
He is an engineer who has shown keen interest in associating very closely with many of the local, regional and national developers and industrialists on a variety of housing, power, production, manufacturing and storage centers and this attitude has attracted wider acceptance to him.
Hari Anandan has worked as Senior Structural Engineer and Project Manager for Eronat Engineering Consultants (lately known as Cubellis Costa International) . He was project planner, designer and manager for many of the significant projects, including Rainbow Towers, UAQ, Emaar Sales Centre, Bina Aerated Concrete Factory and NBCD School, Abu Dhabi.
He has been recognized as a very reliable and resourceful engineer for both RC and steel structures. He holds a G+12 structural engineer license from the Dubai Municipality, while he has unlimited floor structural engineer license from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and UAQ Municipalities.
3rd Column Engineering Consultants under the dynamic leadership of Hari Anandan has undertaken prestigious international projects worth around AED 800 million now, and has been effectively working along with his co-director Jayadev Edakkandy and a supporting team of highly competent Project Managers, Architects, Structural Engineers and Civil/Service Engineers.

Hailing from Attingal in Thiruvananthapuram District, he belongs to the Kizhakkevila family at Poovanpara. He is born to late. S. Anandan, who was a Government employee at the. Secretariat and G.Savithry, a house wife. Hari Anandan is married to Dr. Jyothy. K.S. a private practitioner and the couple has a daughter Anjana Hari studying at DPS in the 10th standard.
